Phenacite, sometimes spelled Phenakite, is a rare beryllium silicate mineral prized by collectors and crystal enthusiasts alike. Geologically, it forms in granite pegmatites and high-temperature quartz veins, often found with beryl, topaz, and chrysoberyl. Transparent to translucent, Phenakite typically appears colourless but may also display subtle tints of yellow, pink, or champagne.
